Kashesh Bhatia Garg is the Founder and Creative Director of Kashesh Global, a timeless luxury fashion label based in Dubai, and the visionary behind Konscious Kollective, a platform for change rooted in creativity, education, and expression through fashion. With over 15 years of experience in the fashion industry, she is celebrated for her unique ability to weave heritage, meaning, and mindfulness into every handcrafted garment she creates.
Her journey began in Ahmedabad, India, where she was born and raised. In 2009, she launched her first label, and by 2016, her brand Kasheesh.K had become a sought-after name in couture and bridal wear, attracting a global clientele from South and East Asia to the UK, USA, Australia, and the UAE. Her work has always reflected a deep sense of intention and storytelling, creating pieces that resonate far beyond aesthetics.
In 2019, Kashesh pursued further education and Luxury Brand Management from London college to expand her global outlook. That same year, she was selected for the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Program at IIM Bangalore, becoming the only woman entrepreneur from Gujarat to be chosen—an achievement that marked a significant milestone in her journey.

Her move to Dubai in 2020 marked a powerful evolution. Immersed in the cultural richness of the city, Kashesh spent two years researching conscious design, textile innovation, and craft revival. This research laid the foundation for the rebranding of her label as Kashesh Global in 2023—an ethical fashion house focused on legacy, sustainability, and timeless design. One of the brand’s standout innovations is a signature fabric, a one-of-a-kind textile handwoven from collected waste and upcycled on heirloom looms over the span of a year. This material serves as the foundation for garments and art installations that are both meaningful and enduring.
In a rare and honorable moment, Kashesh Global received permission from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to incorporate his words into select garments, further deepening the cultural narrative embedded in each creation. In 2024, the brand made a global impact when Bollywood actress Sameera Reddy wore a Kashesh Global design, and a signature piece was showcased at the Cannes Film Festival—cementing the brand’s place on the international stage.
Through Konscious Kollective, Kashesh extends her mission beyond the runway. The platform offers reflection-driven tools such as fashion cards, creative workshops, and immersive community dialogues designed to shift how people engage with fashion. It is a vibrant space where storytelling meets truth, fashion meets purpose, and change begins with what we choose to wear.

In addition to her work in design and activism, Kashesh launched the podcast series “Conversations with K,” a heart-led project where she speaks with visionary women about leadership, inner power, and purpose. Season One featured 11 inspiring women from Dubai, including Lara Tabet, Lucy Chow, and Suha— who are redefining success on their own terms.
